Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please get in touch with us at info@laurellewoman.com so we can advise on how to send us your items. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return any items for a refund or exchange. Any items received after the 14 days will be denied and returned back to the customer once only. Laurelle Woman does not cover the cost of postage and it is your responsibility to use a tracked and recorded service. We cannot accept responsibility of lost or damaged parcels. We will notify you via email once we have processed your return and refunds will be issued via original payment method. Please note that unwanted items must be returned in the same condition as you received them and swing tags must be still firmly attached. Any items considered unacceptable for return will be sent back to you once only. Exchanges can only be made for a different size in the same item. Should you require an exchange, please contact us via email first.

All returns must include the returns form supplied in the original parcel. We reserve the right to change our returns policy at any time.

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
